This page explains how users of the Profixa app can delete their account and associated personal data.

How to delete your account

Users can delete their account directly within the Profixa app by following these steps:

1. Open the Profixa app
2. Go to Profile by using the navigation button at the bototm right
3. Select the Settings icon at the top left in the profile section
4. Scroll down to the very bottom of the screen to Delete Account
5. Confirm the deletion request

What data is deleted

When an account deletion is requested, the following data is removed:

• User account information
• Associated application data
• Device-related identifiers linked to the account (where applicable)

Data retention

All user data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of the deletion request, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
